Had breakfast at Egg in Williamsburg this morning, and was highly satisfied. The kale, eggs, bacon, chorizo and iced-black coffee were all delicious and fresh tasting. Obviously I didn’t eat the bread since, you know, that’s not my thing.
We got there at 10 AM, and we barely beat the hipster rush, which is saying something for that neighborhood.

1. Next time, get the biscuit. You don’t get to EGG and not get the biscuit. 2. Hipster Rush > Premature Grupster Rush. 3. Dumont > Egg 4. Spinach > Kale.
