What I really want to know is what it took so long for this story to break.

Huh. I guess McArdle is penning an incomprehensible 12,000 word response as to why this cannot be true. Maybe it’s cause they aren’t white, or some Kenya birther thing. Canada! Maybe it’s Canada’s fault. Something.

Maybe it has something to do with the fact that Hawaii has such a low percentage of residents/employees to people who are there spending money. Maybe?
