Burning Down The House: What Caused Our Economic Crisis? (via TheMouthPeace)
This video is kinda long, but the first five minutes present a compelling argument why “well-meaning” governmentl programs help inflate the housing bubble, setting the market up for collapse and the current crisis. I suspect most folks here will bristle at this, as it’s cintended to be conservative/anti-obama propaganda. That doesn’t make the arguments invalid, however.
That being said, it really seems to collapse around the 6:30 minute mark, when it goes into immigration and gets all populist and stuff.
