But the focus will be on much trendier fare, like organic egg sandwiches and jars of kombucha, a health drink made from an Asian fungus. Greenpoint - When ‘Bodega’ Isn’t Just a Bodega - NYTimes.com
Excited about this. The Brooklyn Standard is half a block from my house, and I used to play softball with Cody — its proprietor.
Also a big fan of Brooklyn Label and Papacitos his two existing restaurants in the neighborhood.
Now I don’t know how long I’ll live in Greenpoint, but I have to say: GREENPOINT CAN’T GENTRIFY FAST ENOUGH. SERIOUSLY.
